It's absolutely my great pleasure writting this review for Lou. I got into trouble with my work permit for a very legitimate reason, and I was not able to overturn the decision if it wouldn't for Lou. My case was super messy so I wasn't very hopeful. However, Lou is very responsive, empathetic and graceful. Not only did he handle my the case with a great degree of professionalism, he guided me on what kind of documents to prepare using his deep knowledge for Canadian immigration system. He went above and beyond, I can see he really cares for his clients. His assistant, Andrew is no less helpful and responsive. Lou is worth every penny. Coming to Toronto as a student for an internship would not have been possible without Lou's help and dedication. There were many issues faced during my Visa application process and Lou basically handled most of the heavy-lifting to allow me to eventually arrive in Canada. My immigration journey to Canada is not ideal as others. I have been through a lot of rejection which started from Quebec's cancellation of QSW application to refusal of work permit application.
