  • Work Permits

    If you want to work in Canada, we can help you secure the appropriate type of work permit. There are different types of work permits that can depend upon your education, your employer, or your occupation. These can include:

    •Co-op work permits while studying in Canada;

    •Employer-specific work permits;

    •Spousal work permits;

    •Open work permits.

    For employers who want to hire foreign workers, we can assist in obtaining the Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA).Depending upon their occupation, your future employee may be LMIA-exempt. We can assist with Free Trade Agreement work permits, or intra-company transfers.

    We can prepare and submit your application sponsor a close family member for permanent residency in Canada, including your:

    •Dependent children under the age of 22;

    If an immigration officer refused your sponsorship application, we can assist you to appeal the rejection, or help you challenge it through judicial review.
